Limo driver app — questions

Is the driver app on iOS and Android?
Yes. Every plan includes a progressive web app that installs from the browser on iOS and Android. Pro and Enterprise add the native Exaltis app in the App Store and Google Play; Enterprise can white-label it with your logo.
Do drivers need a separate app from passengers?
No. Exaltis is one app with three sign-in roles — passenger, driver, dispatcher — so drivers, riders and the office see the same live trip.
Can drivers see their schedule?
Yes. Driver scheduling is included on every plan, and Pro adds wake-up notifications and a detailed manifest email per driver.
Can passengers tip and rate the driver?
In the native app on Pro and Enterprise, yes: a tip and rating step is built in.
Is there a per-driver fee?
No. Every plan includes unlimited drivers, and Exaltis has no per-ride or per-vehicle fee.
