Delete Your Exaltis Account
How to delete your passenger or driver account and what happens to your data.
About your account
The Exaltis app is developed by Union Solutions LLC. It is a shared app that connects to the workspace of the limousine or chauffeur company (the “operator”) you ride or drive for. Your account and its data live in that operator’s workspace.
Option 1: Delete your account in the app
- Open the Exaltis app and sign in.
- Open your account settings or menu.
- Choose Delete Account and confirm.
Passenger and driver accounts are deactivated and their personal data is anonymized. Dispatcher and admin staff accounts cannot be deleted from the app; ask your company administrator to handle it.
Option 2: Request deletion by email
If you cannot use the app, email [email protected] with the subject Account Deletion Request and include:
- Your full name.
- The email address and phone number registered to the account.
- The company’s workspace domain you use the app with.
We may forward your request to the relevant operator. We respond within 30 days, and there is no charge.
What is deleted
- Your name, email address, and phone number. These are replaced with an anonymous placeholder.
- Your sign-in credentials, and any linked social sign-in.
- Saved addresses and location data.
- For drivers: uploaded documents, license and plate details, and location data.
What is kept
Trip, invoice, and payment records may be kept where needed for tax, accounting, dispute resolution, and fraud prevention. These records can include the name and contact details you gave for that booking. Payment details held by our payment processor, Stripe, including the saved customer record and cards, are not deleted by this request and remain subject to Stripe’s own legal obligations and retention rules.
When deletion cannot be completed
Deletion is not possible while you have an upcoming or active booking, an unpaid balance, or remaining ride credit. Resolve these first, then try again. Your operator can help.
