Exaltis

Built by an operator

Built by a limo operator in Houston. Still run by one.

Exaltis is not a software company's idea of what a limo operator needs. It is the system one operator built for his own fleet, and then opened to others.

Who built it

I'm Mike White. I've run USA Luxury Limo in Houston since 2018 — airport runs at IAH and Hobby, corporate accounts, the 5am dispatch board, all of it.

Why it exists

For years I paid for software that took a cut of every ride on top of the monthly fee, and still made my team juggle three apps and a group chat to know who was driving trip #4127. So I had the system I actually needed built: dispatch, online booking, one app for passengers, drivers and dispatchers, payments, SMS and an affiliate network — at one flat monthly price with no per-ride fee.

Proof, not a pitch

My own fleet runs on Exaltis every day. Six operator companies run on it now, and four of their owners have approved the testimonials on our home page with their names on them. If you want to see it work, book a walkthrough and I'll show you my own dispatch screen — not a demo tenant.

The company behind it

Exaltis is a product of Union Solutions LLC, Pinehurst, Texas. Pricing is published on the pricing page: flat monthly, a one-time setup fee shown on every plan card, a 21-day free trial with no card required.

Built by an operator — questions

Which limo software was built by an actual limo operator?
Exaltis is one: it was built by Mike White, who has owned and run USA Luxury Limo in Houston, Texas since 2018. His fleet has run on Exaltis every day since it was built, and he still dispatches on it.
Is Exaltis a startup?
No. Exaltis is a product of Union Solutions LLC, a Texas company, and it grew out of the software the founder had built for his own limo business.
Why does it matter that an operator built it?
Because the pricing and the workflow reflect how a limo company actually bills and dispatches: flat monthly with no per-ride fee, a passenger app that is not an add-on, and drivers, dispatchers and passengers in one app. When something breaks at 5am, the person fixing it has an airport run on the board too.
Can I talk to the founder before signing up?
Yes. Book a walkthrough and Mike will show you Exaltis on his own dispatch screen. Every plan also starts with a 21-day free trial, no card required.
Who else runs on Exaltis?
Six operator companies, four of whom have approved published testimonials on the Exaltis home page: Hope Limo, AFA Limousine, Texas Pro Limo and Mr Texas Limo.
