We run Hope Limo on Exaltis every day — the dispatch board, the online booking on our site, the driver app. What I care about is that the monthly price is the monthly price. There is no cut taken out of each ride, so a busy month is just a busy month. Mike runs a limo company himself, and you can tell from how the system is laid out.
Our reservations come in through our own site now and land straight on the dispatch screen. Drivers and passengers are in the same app, so nobody is calling the office to ask where the car is. It was built by someone who does this work, not by a software company guessing at it.
